Tim Spence is the President of Fifth Third Bank. He first joined the company in 2015 as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer. Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, Fifth Third Bank specializes in small business, retail banking, investments, and mortgages. They are one of the largest consumer banks in the Midwestern United States and operate in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Florida, Tennessee, West Virginia, Georgia, and North Carolina.

Previously, Spence was a Partner at Oliver Wyman. For many years he worked in finance and strategy with start-up AdTech companies in the growth stage. Spence earned an undergraduate degree from Colgate University.

 

2. Brian Carlin

Brian Carlin is the Chief Executive Officer of J.P. Morgan Private Capital. J.P. Morgan is a leader in financial services, offering solutions to clients in more than 100 countries with one of the most comprehensive global product platforms available. Carlin has 24 years in the financial services industry. He began his career in 1997.

Prior to his current role, Carlin was a CEO at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Solutions and before that a CFO at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Earlier in his career he worked with Citibank as an Investment Consultant. Carlin graduated from Georgetown University with an MBA in Finance and from American University with an undergraduate degree in International Business.

 

3. Hikmet Ersek
Western Union

Hikmet Ersek is the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Western Union. Western Union provides consumers and businesses with fast, reliable and convenient ways to send and receive money around the world. Ersek has 25 years in the financial services industry. He began his career in 1996.

Before joining Western Union, Ersek was a National Executive at GE Capital. Ersek graduated from Vienna University of Economics and Business with a graduate degree.

 

4. Dan Rollins
BancorpSouth

Dan Rollins began his professional career 43 years ago. Today, he is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of BancorpSouth. BancorpSouth engages in conducting general commercial banking, trust, and insurance businesses through offices in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee, Texas, and Illinois.

In 1973 Rollins served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Southwest U.S., his most recent position prior to joining BancorpSouth. Rollins graduated from the University of Texas with an undergraduate degree in Finance.

 

5. Don Berman

Don Berman is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of CardWorks. Cardworks is one of the largest privately held providers of end-to-end operational servicing and support functions for credit card and installment loan products in North America. Berman has over 34 years in the financial services industry. He began his career in 1987.

Berman graduated from the University of Maryland with an undergraduate degree in American Studies and Business & Marketing.

 

6. Kim Luu-Tu

Kim Luu-Tu is a Private Wealth Advisor and Chief Executive Officer of Generations Wealth Management, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC. 8. Christine Hurtsellers

Christine Hurtsellers is the Chief Executive Officer of Voya Investment Management. She first joined the company in 2004 as Chief Investment Officer. Voya operates as an investment management firm. They offer financial advisory and portfolio management services to high net worth individuals, pension and profit-sharing plans, charitable institutions, foundations, endowments, and municipalities.

Previously, Hurtsellers was a Portfolio Manager at Freddie Mac and before that a Portfolio Manager at AllianceBernstein. Earlier in her career she worked with Bank One as a Senior Portfolio Manager. Hurtsellers earned an undergraduate degree in Finance from Indiana University-Bloomington.

 

9. Jerome Bourbon

Jerome Bourbon is the Senior Vice President and Technology Executive Wealth and Investment Management Platform Leader of Wells Fargo. 10. Marty Flanagan
Invesco Ltd.

Marty Flanagan began his professional career 35 years ago. Today, he is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Invesco Ltd. Invesco is an independent global investment management firm dedicated to delivering an investment experience that helps people get more out of life.

In 1986 Flanagan served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and member of the board of directors at Templeton, Galbraith & Hansberger, Ltd. He eventually rose to Co-President and Co-Chief Executive Officer at Franklin Resources, Inc., his most recent position prior to joining Invesco. Flanagan graduated from Southern Methodist University with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration.

 

11. Bjorn Sperber
Irradiant Partners, LP

Bjorn Sperber is the Chief Financial Officer at Irradiant Partners. Irradiant Partners is an alternative investment manager focused on liquid credit, opportunistic credit, and renewable private equity and credit. Before joining PrimePay, Lamancuso was a Senior Operating Executive at Cerberus Capital Management and before that a Chief Revenue Officer at Livingston International. Earlier in his career he worked with ADP as the Southeast Division Vice President of Sales. Lamancuso graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo - School of Management with a graduate degree.

 

13. Rex Ellison

Truist, formed when BB&T and SunTrust joined, works to inspire and build better lives and communities. With their combined resources, collective passion, and commitment to innovation, they are creating a better financial experience to help people and businesses achieve more.

Previously, Campbell was a President of the Georgia Region at BB&T. Earlier in his career he worked with Wells Fargo as a Business Banking Specialist. Campbell earned an MBA from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business and an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

 

17. Daniel Kane

Daniel Kane began his professional career 41 years ago. Today, he is the Owner of Tiger Capital Group. Tiger Capital Group provides advisory, restructuring, valuation, disposition and auction services within a broad range of retail, wholesale, and industrial sectors.

18. Jeff Douglas

Jeff Douglas began his professional career 25 years ago. Today, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Wyndham Capital Mortgage. Wyndham Capital Mortgage is a mortgage company based in Charlotte, North Carolina, providing residential mortgage loans through a direct-to-consumer, online lending model.

Douglas first got his start in 1996 as a Sales Specialist at Prograde. From there, he went on to First Residential Mortgage, before eventually rising to an Account Executive at LendingTree, his most recent position prior to joining Wyndham. 19. Steve Bisgay

31. Ashish Masih

Ashish Masih is the Chief Executive Officer, President and Board Member of Encore Capital Group. He first joined the company in 2009 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Encore Capital Group is a global specialty finance company with operations and investments across North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America. Through its subsidiaries around the globe, Encore purchases or services portfolios of receivables from major banks, credit unions and utility providers.

Previously, Masih was a Vice President at Capital One and before that an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company. Earlier in his career he worked with KPMG Consulting as a Manager. Masih earned an MBA from The Wharton School and an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

 

32. Dan Stolzer

Dan Stolzer is the Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Fulton Financial Corporation. 33. Anthony Marino

Anthony Marino began his professional career 30 years ago. Today, he is the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Fiserv. Fiserv is a leading global technology provider serving the financial services industry, driving innovation in payments, processing services, risk and compliance, customer and channel management, and business insights and optimization.

In 1991 Marino served as a Director of Human Resources at PepsiCo. From there, he went on to Honeywell, before eventually rising to Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at Guardian Life, his most recent position prior to joining Fiserv. Marino graduated from Ohio University with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration.

 

34. Rick Saldivar

Rick Saldivar is the Owner of OCC. OCC is the world's largest equity derivatives clearing organization. Founded in 1973, OCC operates under the jurisdiction of both the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a registered clearing agency and the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission as a Derivatives Clearing Organization. Juel first got her start in 1995 as a Senior Manager at Accenture. From there, she went on to GE Capital, before eventually joining Synchrony Financial. Juel graduated from College of the Holy Cross.

 

38. Robert Johnson
BB&T Corporation

Robert Johnson is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Corporate Governance Officer of BB&T Corporation. He first joined the company in 2005. BB&T is a community bank that finances early and later stage venture investments.
Previously, Johnson was an Associate at Squire, Sanders and Dempsey. Johnson earned a graduate degree from Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Miami University.

 

39. Margaret Keane
Synchrony

Margaret Keane began her professional career 41 years ago. Today, she is the Executive Chair Member on the Board of Directors of Synchrony. She first joined the company in 2011 as Chief Executive Officer. Synchrony is one of the largest issuers of store credit cards in the United States.

Keane first got her start in 1980 in Retail Bank Operations for Citibank. She held several positions over the years before eventually rising to Chief Executive Officer at GE Capital, her most recent position prior to joining Synchrony. Keane graduated from Saint John's University with an MBA and with an undergraduate degree in Government and Politics.

 

40. Ganesh Krishnan
PNC Financial Services

Ganesh Krishnan is the Executive Vice President and Enterprise Chief Information Officer of PNC. He first joined the bank in 2008 as a Vice President and Systems Director. PNC is an American bank holding company and financial services corporation based in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. They continue to be one of the largest banks in the United States by assets.

Krishnan earned a MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and an undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering from KIT's College of Engineering.

 

41. Linda Vickers

Linda Vickers is the Vice President and Transformation Journey Owner of AIG Retirement Services.
